Style Up! SM Makati x Aimee Song

It was a thrilling moment to finally meet the sought after interior designer and ‘It Blogger’ Aimee Song at the launch of SM Makati’s Style Up campaign last July 1, 2016.

Aimee is one of my huge blogging and fashion inspirations and I’ve always been an avid follower of  her Instagram page (notifs on yes!). Interestingly, Aimee began blogging while studying Interior Architecture in the Academy Art University, with the original intent of focusing on interior design. But when her outfit posts received an overwhelmingly positive response, she quickly switched to doing a personal style blog.

“My blog represents who I am, fun, easy going, and colorful, a mix and match of styled with underlying California Roots,” Aimee said in a previous interview.

One of the event’s highlights was a fashion challenge where Aimee was asked several questions about her preferred styles and whether she’d like to try unique fashion pieces such as chokers, denim on denim, wedges, headbands and others. I wasn’t surprised when she gave almost all the styles a thumbs up because yeah, Aimee can pull off everything!

Certainly, with her tasteful and creative fashion style, Aimee is the perfect brand ambassador for SM Makati.

Filipina Fashion bloggers Laureen Uy, Camille Co, Patricia Prietro and Tricia Gosingtian also enjoying the show.
